Choose the role that fits your business. Regional Partners build a local network of providers; Memorial Partners (funeral homes, cemeteries) offer MyLeaf directly to the families they serve.

Regional Partner

Build the local MyLeaf network.

Recruit funeral homes and cemeteries into the MyLeaf network in your region. You earn on memorials you sell directly, and on every memorial your Memorial Partners sell.

Funeral homes, cemeteries, and memorial businesses introduce MyLeaf to families during arrangement. You operate under a Regional Partner — they share a code with you when you sign up.

Paid the moment the family completes checkout.

Commissions are computed automatically by the platform. Stripe Connect handles banking, identity verification, and year-end 1099 reporting — so partners never have to chase a payment or upload bank forms to us.

  • W-9 collected via Stripe Connect after approval — secure, encrypted, never shared with families.
  • Refund safety: commissions reverse automatically if a family refunds.
  • Direct deposit to a verified business bank account, via Stripe.
How a memorial sale flows
  1. 01
    A family creates a memorial using your code or through a funeral home you've referred.
  2. 02
    They complete checkout. Stripe captures the payment and notifies MyLeaf.
  3. 03
    Your commission is recorded, split if applicable, and queued for payout via Stripe Connect.
  4. 04
    Funds land in your business account on Stripe's normal payout schedule.

Independent Partner Agreement

By signing this agreement, you (the Partner) acknowledge and agree that:

  1. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or representative of MyLeaf Legacy LLC ("MyLeaf").
  2. You are solely responsible for filing and paying all federal, state, and local taxes on commissions you earn. MyLeaf does not withhold taxes. You will receive an annual 1099 form via Stripe Connect.
  3. Commissions are referral-based compensation only — no salary, benefits, healthcare, retirement, or paid time off is provided.
  4. MyLeaf does not guarantee any minimum earnings, lead volume, or length of the partnership.
  5. You will not represent yourself as an employee or official spokesperson of MyLeaf in any communications with families, vendors, or other partners.
  6. All payouts are processed by Stripe Connect Express. MyLeaf does not handle banking information directly. Stripe is the source of truth for identity verification, banking, payout schedule, and 1099 issuance.
  7. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Commissions earned through accepted referrals up to the termination date will still be paid out per Stripe's standard schedule.

Agreement version v1.0. Your acceptance, the timestamp, and the IP address you sign from will be logged for our shared audit trail.
